Marcel Ara\u00fajo is the new Unit Director at KCS iT. The new member of the consultancy team will be responsible for the Salesforce and VisualCue platform development business unit, in an offer that makes KCS iT a pioneer in the European market.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lisbon, November 21, 2017<\/strong> - Marcel Ara\u00fajo has joined the KCS iT team as Unit Director, becoming responsible for the business unit integrated into the consultancy's Consulting and Technology Services area, which will develop the Salesforce and VisualCue solutions. The consultant's experience in the context of implementing these solutions makes it possible to strengthen the positioning of KCS iT<\/a> in the national market and makes it the first company to offer VisualCue technology in Europe.<\/p>\n

With 15 years' experience, Marcel Ara\u00fajo was previously Chief Operating Officer of CBCloud in Europe. He was also responsible in the Brazilian market for business development in Salesforce solutions in the southeast of the country and was in charge of the ES IN THE CLOUD event, developed in partnership with Salesforce and which brought together the main companies and managers in this geography.<\/p>\n

At Deloitte, as Senior Manager, he held positions in Business Development in the TS&A - Technological Strategy and Advisory practice, and was responsible for structuring the consultant's operation in the state of Esp\u00edrito Santo. Head of the PMO in projects to implement ERP (SAP), Identity and Access Management (IAM), IT Infrastructure, IT Strategic Planning (PDTI) and Processes, he was also responsible for structuring PMOs and Quality Assurance (QA) from a methodological point of view and best market practices.<\/p>\n
