KCS iT's Entreprise Applications unit focuses on<\/strong>The company, which specializes in CRM\/ERP and Corporate Intelligence solutions, has grown, diversified its offer and increased the number of employees. It is a Salesforce Gold Consulting partner and SAP Partner Edge.<\/strong><\/p>\n

KCS iT's Entreprise Applications unit, with a focus on CRM\/ERP and Corporate Intelligence solutions, which joined the technology services consultancy in the first quarter of 2018, has been growing and diversifying its offer. It already has 70 employees in Portugal and has been a Salesforce Gold Consulting partner and SAP Partner Edge since the second quarter of this year.<\/p>\n

This partnership guarantees more flexibility in the intervention made available to the market, since KCS iT is also a Salesforce partner in the Mulesoft integration solution, the DocuSign electronic signature and the Visual Cue tool, which visualizes KPIs through signage icons.<\/p>\n

\"The partnership with Salesforce has developed and we recently became a Gold Partner through our holding company in France and a Silver Partner on behalf of KCS iT, which further accredits us in the implementation and support of Trailhead - Salesforce Certified Training Center projects. This promotes degree programs and official certifications with which we are also partners.\" <\/em>says Marcel Ara\u00fajo, head of KCS iT's Entreprise Applications unit.<\/p>\n

The manager adds that \"in addition to services, KCS iT plays a key role in the growth of the Salesforce ecosystem in Portugal, with the launch of Salesforce community events in Lisbon and Porto, possible with the association with the Trailblazer Community<\/em>\".<\/p>\n

The Entreprise Apllication unit has also established a partnership with SAP, which allows KCS iT to boost the main processes in organizations through new solutions such as SAP Cloud Platform and S\/4 Hana.<\/p>\n

\"The aim of this partnership is to be able to offer our clients a complete knowledge structure with specialists in both platforms who are at the forefront of technological innovation in a corporate context. KCS iT's objective in 2019 will continue to focus on growth in new areas, namely Digital Marketing and Communication, Business Intelligence and Data Science & Analytics.<\/p>\n

In 2018, KCS iT was recognized as a suitable company by the National Innovation Agency for R&D activities. The creation and development of differentiating products is increasingly part of the consultancy's matrix.<\/p>\n
