Lisboa, 19 de dezembro de 2019<\/strong> - Applications for the K.Tech Award<\/strong>, a vertente tecnol\u00f3gica do concurso de empreendedorismo da Acredita Portugal desenvolvido em parceria com a consultora KCS iT pelo quarto ano consecutivo.<\/p>\n

A iniciativa integra o Montepio Acredita Portugal, o maior concurso de empreendedorismo de Portugal e o segundo maior a n\u00edvel mundial e premeia ideias e projetos que passam por v\u00e1rios setores e \u00e1reas econ\u00f3micas e sociais. O Pr\u00e9mio K.Tech recebeu, na sua \u00faltima edi\u00e7\u00e3o cerca de 1.700 candidaturas.<\/p>\n

Applications can be submitted to online<\/em>free of charge, until the day <\/strong>1 de mar\u00e7o de 2020 <\/strong>through the acreditaportugal.pt<\/a>.<\/p>\n

This competition aims to support anyone with a business idea, regardless of their age, level of education or location in Portugal, by supporting promising projects with specialized know-how for their development and evaluation. The best projects have direct contact with investors, experts and mentors, as well as access to personalized training and the opportunity to join a pre-acceleration program.<\/p>\n

The winners of the Award will be supported by KCS iT in their entry into the market, through the award of a grant of hours to implement best practices at PMI level.<\/p>\n

Por esse motivo, continua a fazer-nos todo o sentido estarmos associados a esta iniciativa e apoiar estes projetos no seu desenvolvimento e amadurecimento, para que se possam tornar em solu\u00e7\u00f5es vi\u00e1veis de neg\u00f3cio. A transforma\u00e7\u00e3o da realidade nas empresas e na sociedade, associada \u00e0 tecnologia e \u00e0s suas oportunidades, exige que consigamos capacitar bons exemplos e potenciar o sucesso de projetos promissores neste contexto.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Fernando Fraga, Innovation Director at Acredita Portugal, explains that \"In partnership with KCS iT, we have set up an award dedicated to technology applied to traditional Portuguese industrial sectors, to industries that already exist but need to be updated, enabling the creation of larger-scale, more sustainable businesses that preserve knowledge. Technology is not the goal, but it is the way to get there. The added value of technology and what we do with KCS iT is to take technology where it is not yet present and to develop new solutions for traditional sectors of industry and take them to a new level of growth.\"<\/em><\/p>\n

In a selection process that begins with an analysis of the market and the business model, candidates go through successive stages of development, from the marketing plan and financial plan to the presentation of the project in the form of a pitch<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Todos os participantes do Concurso s\u00e3o premiados, gra\u00e7as \u00e0 rede de parceiros da Acredita Portugal que investem nos empreendedores portugueses. Entre todos os pr\u00e9mios dados (participantes, semifinalistas, finalistas e vencedores), contam-se mais de 500.000\u20ac em pr\u00e9mios em servi\u00e7os, com o objetivo de apoiar as necessidades no momento de go to market<\/em>.<\/p>\n
