Conference \"Portugal: New Global Talent Hub?\" discusses how to take better advantage of the conditions and catapult greater ambition towards attracting talent. The event, organized by the \"Portugal Agora\" platform, is free of charge and open to participants upon registration. <\/strong>hybrid face-to-face and online.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The \"Portugal Agora\" platform is organizing the conference \"Portugal: New Hub\" on Wednesday, February 23, at the Lisbon Workhub, at 5pm.
\nGlobal Talent?\". The project's first event of the year aims to discuss how the country can strategically aspire to go further in attracting talent.<\/p>\n

Based on the fact that in recent years Portugal has created an attractive ecosystem for talent - from freelancers to investments from large companies - \"Portugal Agora\" advocates the definition of an attractiveness strategy for the various professional segments with the establishment of objectives and actions to achieve them.<\/p>\n

To do so, the conference will feature interventions by Sofia Tenreiro, investor, manager and member of YOP, Hugo de Sousa, Managing Partner of Inovation by Kaizen, Patr\u00edcia Crist\u00f3v\u00e3o, HR Director at SAP and Alf Franzoni, Director of Global Business Services and LX Techhub at Siemens, who will address, among other topics, the use of post-pandemic mobility, the key attributes for attracting people to the market.
