KCS iT has appointed Bruno Ros\u00e1rio as its new CEO. The appointment is part of a strategy to guarantee the growth trend achieved in recent years, with the expected goal of reaching \u20ac6.5M in turnover and 200 consultants in projects in 2015.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lisbon, April 28, 2015<\/strong> - KCS iT has appointed Bruno Ros\u00e1rio as its new CEO. The change in the organization's management is part of a strategy with growth objectives for the consultancy, which expects to achieve results of \u20ac6.5M and a target of 200 consultants in projects by the end of the year. The experience brought by the new CEO, along with the concern for applying the best practices and solutions, will become a determining factor in meeting ambitious goals and being recognized as a company that wants and is able to make a difference.<\/p>\n

For Tiago Farinha, Managing Director of KCS iT, \"In this initial phase, the strategy is to develop a more transversal approach on the part of Bruno Ros\u00e1rio, who will be linked to all areas and sectors of activity at KCS iT. The first concern is to continuously deepen knowledge in order to increasingly boost the company's growth, the motivation of our consultants and the strong links established with our clients, given the challenge set for 2015 of winning new national and international projects.\"<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Starting his career as a Consultant 9 years ago, Bruno Ros\u00e1rio's experience has given him a transversal view of the different clients' technological areas. The next step, as Team Leader, opened the door to a different reality, to other types of responsibilities and to the development of new skills in conflict management and leadership. As a Manager, my focus on results allowed me to leverage my professional growth in the management and business areas.<\/p>\n

Bruno Ros\u00e1rio has a degree in Management Informatics from the Autonomous University of Lisbon. He worked for 7 years as a Consultant and Senior Consultant, later progressing to Team Leader and accepting the challenge of working as Manager, Senior Manager and Business Division Director at KCS iT.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
